Healthy Eating with SurfGirlBrit

Here is the ultimate, affordable, satisfying diet for anyone looking to improve their health. This diet is low glycemic and full of fiber to cleanse and detoxify the gut. Clean eating is the most important part of my daily routine. Hope this list helps you to choose some healthy, delicious foods to eat to replace any unhealthy cravings.

Breakfast:

Chose from any or all of the following:

Freshly juiced ginger shot

Pineapple

Papaya (add yogurt and granola inside!)

Green smoothie or juice

Acai bowl or smoothie bowl with bananas and berries

Eggs sprinkled with herbs (oregano, Rosemary, or thyme) (add any kind veggies you like too!)
